How are those healthy New Year resolutions coming along?  Tough to stick by, but you can do it!  We found some great smoothie recipes to help you manage.  Smoothies are easy to make and great for a healthy snack or breakfast.  Good luck with those resolutions!


Super Simple Strawberry Smoothie

1 banana
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp honey
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 cup of ice

Instructions:  Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Best Green Smoothie 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple juice can substitute with greek yogurt or almond milk
1 banana
2 small oranges
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup carrots
2 cups spinach
1 1/2 cup ice

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in your blender with liquids on bottom and solids on top. Blend until smooth. Add more ice as needed. Enjoy!

Orange Fruity Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 medium banana, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 ripe peach, peeled, halved, pitted, and diced
1 cup raspberries
1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
3 ice cubes

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and whip until smooth. Serves 2
