It's time to start thinking about getting healthier after all those holiday indulgences!  What better way to start the day than a vitamin-packed smoothie?  We've found some delicious recipes to get you started on your healthy regime again.  Enjoy!



Triple Berry Kiwi Smoothie

Total time: 10 mins
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 cup orange juice

Instructions:
Place the frozen berries in the blender and let them thaw for about 10 minutes.
Add the kiwifruit and the orange juice and blend on high until smooth.
Top with more kiwi or berries if desired.

Ingredients :
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 
1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 
1 cup baby spinach 
1 cup frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana) 
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks 
1 tablespoon chia seeds 
1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions:

Add almond milk and yogurt to a blender, then add spinach, banana, pineapple, chia and sweetener (if using); blend until smooth.


Banana Berry Peanut Butter Broccoli Smoothie

Banana Berry Peanut Butter Broccoli Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
6 frozen strawberries
4 raw broccoli florets
6 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt (or soy yogurt)
1/2 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup cold water

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
