At this Wilcox Community, the clubhouse also is the site for weekly events such as "Coffee & Conversation," a get together for all homeowners held on the last Saturday of each month and Women's Night, held each Tuesday. Other special events include Sunday Night Football gatherings and the annual Chili Cook-off, which utilizes the clubhouse's fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen and clubhouse may be reserved for private parties as well.

"This summer, we did Frozen Fridays. It was the third Friday of every month and we served frozen treats and cocktails poolside for the homeowners to enjoy. It was a great way to encourage the homeowners to use the pool as this was the first year that we have had it open."
