An oudated kitchen gets a complete remodel from KLM Remodeling. Today we are touring the Expanded Brentwood by Plote Homes in their Lakes of Boulder Ridge community.  This a lovely golf course community, situated on 143 acres and backing up to Boulder Ridge Country Club’s West Nine. Energy rating (ex - 9o% efficiency) is the amount of fuel used to directly heat your home.

Air Conditioners
Seer rating is the electrical usage and efficiency of the air conditioner.  The higher the Seer rating the more efficient.

Humidity - Comfort level
In the dry winter a humidifier can be used to add comfort and protect wood floors, etc.
In the humid summer the air conditioner also acts as a dehumidifier.
