Chef Todd From Boulder Ridge Country Club demonstrates how to make the cool and refreshing dessert, Key Lime Parfait.
Whisk together 2 - 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup key lime juice, 2 tablespoons key lime zest. Whip 2 cups heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form and add to condensed milk mixture. Fold ingredients together. Chill at least 2 hours. Layer mousse with graham cracker crumbs in a glass. Enjoy!
