Hocus Pocus Halloween Punch
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
8 ounces V8 Peach Mango
6 ounces Izze Peach
1 scoop Mango Sorbet any brand
Instructions:
In a glass of your choice pour in V8, then Izze Peach.
Top punch with one scoop of sorbet.
Serve immediately.
Swamp Juice a la Slime
Total time: Prep: 25 min. + freezing
Makes: 10 servings
Ingredients:
1/2 cup light corn syrup
Green paste food coloring
5 cups DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
2 cups white grape juice
2 drops yellow food coloring, optional
1 cup club soda, chilled
Fresh pineapple slices, optional
Instructions:
Refrigerate 10 champagne flutes or cocktail glasses until chilled. In a small bowl, combine corn syrup and green food coloring; dip rims of chilled glasses into mixture. Turn glasses upright, allowing mixture to slightly run down sides of glasses. Freeze until firm.
In a pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, grape juice and yellow food coloring if desired. Refrigerate until chilled.
Just before serving, stir club soda into juice mixture. Pour juice into prepared glasses; garnish with pineapple if desired. Yield: 10 servings (2 quarts).
Monster Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
4 cups of milk of your choice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. white chocolate chips
2 drops of Green food coloring (I suggest you get natural food coloring, there are more and more brands available)
whipped cream
2 Candy Eyes per glass
Green sprinkles
Instructions:
Dip the glass in water then in green sprinkles
Stir together milk, vanilla, food coloring and white chocolate in a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the white hot chocolate comes to a simmer and melted
Do not let it boil
Remove from heat and serve immediately, topped with whipped cream and sprinkle the green sprinkles and add 2 eyes. Enjoy!
