Open House Tour 91 - Mid-Century Modern Design Home at Stafford Place in Warrenville IL

Mid-century Modern Design Rowhome

Airhart Construction just completed a new single-family rowhome for a homeowner in a mid-century modern design. This home plan is the McAlister plan, but with some modifications to the floorplan.

Home Channel TV takes a walk-through tour with the builder to highlight the design. Enjoy the video below.

About the Homes
The Cottage Row Homes, with their welcoming front porches, are located along Stafford Place and Rockwell Streets. The homes include two-three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and two car garages. Exciting optional features like a roof terrace, rear balcony, and custom interior finishes allow you to personalize a home to meet your specific tastes. These homes are part of a Homeowners Association, which takes care of the yard maintenance and snow removal chores, so you can focus on the things that matter most to you.

About the Community

Stafford Place is in the middle of it all, yet it feels like it is tucked away in a quiet corner of Warrenville. Located in the heart of Warrenville, Stafford Place is close to the Warrenville Public Library and just a short one block walk to the Warrenville Park District Recreation Center.   Beautifully landscaped open spaces and parks within this wonderful neighborhood, encourage neighbor interaction and help create a real sense of community.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the Illinois Prairie Path is conveniently located just across the street from Stafford Place. The Prairie Path provides amazing access to the surrounding parks and forest preserves including the 127-acre Warrenville Grove Forest Preserve, which features trails, woodlands, picnic areas, and views along the shoreline of the West Branch of the DuPage River. Also nearby is the 1,366-acre Blackwell Forest Preserve, which is repeatedly voted among the best forest preserves in the western suburbs by offering fishing, camping, archery, picnic shelters, and an off-leash dog area.  The 887 acre Herrick Lake Forest Preserve is also nearby and offers fishing, canoe rentals, picnic shelters and numerous hiking trails.

For commuters, Butterfield Road, Route 59, and Winfield Road corridors are within a short drive. In addition, two access points to I-88/Reagan Memorial Tollway are just minutes away. Shopping needs are just as easily accessible.
