KLM Builders recently completed a custom ranch home for a customer based off their Sonoma Ranch plan.
The home was built on a 1+ acre homesite at the community of Thousand Oaks in Spring Grove, IL. The modifications to the original home plan included expanding the great room and adding a sunroom, which ultimately brought the main level's square footage up to approximately 3,000 square feet.

The home also has a 4-car garage and full finished basement with wet bar, extra bedroom and an adjacent full bath. The finished basement adds nearly another 1,500 square feet of living space to the home.
