Summer Sangria With Watermelon And Pineapple
Prep Time 10 min | Total Time 10 min | Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 bottle Moscato wine (750 ml)
1/2 C brandy
1 lime, thinly sliced
2 C Del Monte® watermelon, cubed and cold
2 C Del Monte Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple, cubed and cold
lemon lime soda, for serving
ice cubes
Directions:
Pour the wine and brandy into a pitcher and stir to combine. Add the sliced lime, watermelon, and pineapple.
To serve, place some of the fruit in a glass with ice. Pour the sangria over the ice and top with lemon lime soda.

Recipe Notes:
The sangria can be made up to 2 hours before serving but can be served immediately.

Ocean Breeze Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz Coconut Rum
2 second count 7-Up or Sprite
2 oz Blue Curacao
Ice
Cherry for garnishment
Instructions:
Fill a large glass or shaker with ice
Pour 2 oz of Coconut rum, 2 oz of Blue Curacao, and two second count of sprite (1- 100, 2-1000)
Shake well
Pour into a glass filled with ice

Raspberry Vodka Mojito Recipe
Prep Time 10 min | Total Time 10 min | Serves 1 drink
Ingredients:
For the Raspberry Simple Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
6 ounces fresh raspberries
For the Raspberry Vodka Mojito:
1 lime, cut into slices
6 mint leaves plus additional for garnish
3 to 4 raspberries for garnish
2 ounces Pinnacle® Vodka
lime seltzer water or lime sparkling water (4 ounces)
Instructions:
Make the Simple Syrup:
In a saucepan over high heat, combine sugar, water and 6 ounces fresh raspberries. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain to remove seeds and chill.
Make the Raspberry Mojito:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint and half the lime slices
Add the Pinnacle® Vodka and fill shaker with ice
Cap the shaker and shake 2 to 3 minutes
Strain the vodka into a serving glass
Add more ice, 3 to 4 TBSP raspberry simple syrup, and top with sparkling water. Add the remaining lime slices, additional raspberries, and more fresh mint as desired
